MARIA APONTE
Attorney María Aponte graduated from the Law career at the Universidad Central del Este (UCE). She holds a Master's in Corporate Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
En su práctica profesional, la Lic. Aponte cuenta con una sólida experiencia en Derecho Corporativo, Derecho Civil, Derecho Migratorio, Derecho Inmobiliario, Derecho Administrativo, y la estructuración legal de Fideicomisos. Ha realizado diversos cursos en materia de Alianzas Público-Privadas, Garantías Mobiliarias, Derecho Contractual, Derecho Comercial, Responsabilidad Civil, Prevención de Lavado de Activos, Derecho Notarial, entre otros.
She is an active member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
